1. Scope & who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the website published at https://playb9.pk and to information collected through it. In this document, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operators of playb9.pk; “you” refers to any visitor to the site.

playb9.pk is an independent affiliate website. We are not the operator of B9 Game. We do not host games, hold player funds, or process deposits and withdrawals. When you follow a link from this site to B9 Game, you leave playb9.pk and enter a service operated by a separate company under its own terms and its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover what that operator collects, how it uses it, or how long it keeps it — you should read their policy separately before registering.

2. What information we collect

This information is generated automatically by the request itself. It is not linked to a named individual by us, and we make no attempt to identify visitors from it.

2.3 Information we deliberately do not collect

We do not collect payment information, because we do not process payments. We do not collect identity documents, because we do not run verification. We do not require registration or maintain user accounts on this website. We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos or other device data.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information described above for a limited set of purposes:

• Delivering the site. Serving pages correctly, on the right device layout, in the right language.
• Security and abuse prevention. Detecting automated scraping, spam submissions and attempts to disrupt the service.
• Improving the content. Understanding which guides readers actually use, so we know what to expand and what to fix.
• Responding to you. Where you have contacted us, replying to your message.
• Measuring referrals. Understanding, in aggregate, how many visitors follow our affiliate links.
• Meeting legal obligations. Retaining records where we are required to.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors, and we do not run behavioural retargeting on this site.

4. Cookies & local storage

8. How long we keep information

Server logs are retained for a limited operational period, typically measured in weeks or months, and are then deleted or aggregated. Contact form correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, then deleted.

Aggregate analytics — figures with no personal identifiers attached — may be retained for longer, because it is used to understand trends over time and cannot be traced back to an individual.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we hold, and we deliberately minimise what we collect in the first place — the most reliable protection for data is not to hold it.

No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you have found a security issue with this website, please tell us so it can be addressed.

Please note that rights relating to your B9 Game account — the account itself, your transaction history, your verification documents — must be exercised with the operator, not with us. 11. Age restriction
